And then there’s this sensitive subject matter… our relationship with food… and in particular, sugar. I won’t ever shy away from discussing the tough subjects such as food or sugar addiction. I know it’s nothing to be ashamed of and the more people understand what it is and what it isn’t, the better we will all be.

Each issue of The Bridge will feature inspirational quotes and words to live by. Think of it as a little added sparkle of joy and a reminder that the journey to a “right size” body is so much more than losing weight. The entire journey to get there is the actual destination.
